At the 2025 GPP Dinh Co turnaround, TTA’s teams contributed to the plant’s continuous, safe operation. Our work focused on Fitness for Service (FFS), using advanced techniques to prevent future incidents.
Our expert teams provided key services:
- PAUT & UTM: We used Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) to inspect welds and Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (UTM) to check for corrosion, providing the critical data needed for our assessments.
- API for FFS: Our certified team then used this data to conduct thorough Fitness for Service (FFS) evaluations, ensuring equipment was safe to operate.
- Replica Team: Our replica team also evaluated the microstructure of steel to detect material degradation.
We are proud to have played a memorable part in this project, helping to secure the plant’s future.
