Eddy Current Testing Project in 2024
In October 2024, we successfully completed eddy current testing, remote field testing for over 20,000 tubes inside power plant.

Heat Treatment (Pre-Heat Treatment, Post-Heat Treatment) and NDT in July 2023
In July 2023, TTA performed heat treatment and non-destructive testing (NDT), including Phase-Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), for sleeve joints at Dinh Co GPP.

UTM Teams from July 2nd to July 5th 2022
Over 17.000 thickness measurement points inside the boiler were carried out by this team within 4 days of working.

Eddy Current Testing, UTM and other Non-destructive Testings for Power Plant in July 2022
In July 2022, TTA Company has carried out Eddy Current Testing for over 20.000 tubes; Thickness measurement for Boiler and piping for approximate 3.000 points; and other NDT method such as: Ultrasonic Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Radiographic Testing. We also collected samples by using the “replica” method for microstructure analysis.

UTM at Long Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant 2022
In 2022, TTA Company is working in Long Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant as a contractor who provide Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement with approximate 90.000 Thickness Measurement Locations for both piping and equipment.
